# Agent Embassy — Terms of Service (v1.2.0)

Agent Embassy ("the Embassy") provides paid automated endpoints for AI agents.
Agents pay for work and prove what happened.

By calling any Embassy endpoint you agree to these terms.

## 1. What you are buying

Each paid call performs the work described in the machine-readable discovery
documents and returns a signed Outcome Receipt as evidence of what happened.
The exact price of each call is stated in the payment challenge presented
before you pay; by completing payment you agree to that price.
Trust infrastructure (receipt lookup, discovery documents, payment challenges)
requires no payment and carries no SLA.

## 2. Receipts are evidence, not promises

A signed Outcome Receipt is evidence of what the Embassy did and observed at
the recorded time. It is not a warranty of ongoing truth, future prices, or
guaranteed outcomes.

## 3. Fees and refunds

Fees are collected on-chain before the action runs. Fees are non-refundable
once the action runs or review begins. If the Embassy cannot attempt your
action at all, no fee is taken.

## 4. Liability cap

Maximum aggregate liability per receipt is the amount paid for that receipt.
The Embassy is not a bank, not a licensed money transmitter, and not a law
firm. Regulated actions are performed only through licensed partners or are
declined.

## 5. Outputs are not advice

Outputs are informational and not financial advice. Nothing on this service
is an offer to buy or sell securities or any financial instrument.

## 6. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the
service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse calls that threaten the service.

## 7. As-is, evolving service

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Offerings,
prices, and these terms may change; material changes are reflected here.
Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
